JIRA Cloud to JIRA 7 Server specific migration documentation

      Problem

      • The current documentation Cloud to Server documentation (Migrating from JIRA Cloud to JIRA Server) does not include JIRA 7.0 specific instructions.
      • It only shows up to JIRA 6.4
      • There is a banner stating "To get the latest and greatest features in JIRA, please upgrade to JIRA Software. Visit the Migration Hub for more information." , however there is no information on on Cloud to Server migration on the Migration Hub
