      Problem Definition

      Currently, JIRA only support issue-level notificaiton scheme. Any changes in a project will not be notified to anyone.

      Suggested Solution

      Have a project-level notification scheme or predefined set of notification scheme to project roles and project lead.

      Workaround

      Create a notification by adding a custom event and the respective person to be notified.

            mmuthusamy Did you do a search for duplicates before creating this ticket? If not, here's a sample JQL query you can use to find duplicates:

            project = JRA AND issuetype not in (Bug) AND resolution is EMPTY AND description ~project AND description ~ level AND description ~ notification
