Summary

Edit button exists in Wallboard Spacer Gadget on JIRA's dashboard even though it is not configurable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open dashboard
2. Add 'Wallboard Spacer Gadget'
3. Put 'Edit' button

Expected Results

The 'Edit' button shouldn't appear on dashboard at all because the gadget is not configurable.

Actual Results

Nothing happens when we put the 'Edit' button.
