Problem Definition

Some users are finding the new 'Add a Gadget' experience in JIRA a little confusing:

• On the initial screen there is an error: "Were still trying to fetch..." rather than "We're still trying to fetch..."
• There is no progress indicator is shown to indicate that JIRA is still loading gadgets
• It's not immediately obvious that the message to the right changes
• It's not clear that the 'load all gadgets' link is a link that needs to be clicked

Suggested Solution

• Fix the error, and display a progress spinner on the initial window
• Make it clearer that the loading process is complete
• Make it clearer that 'load all gadgets' is something that needs to be pressed
