Description
Summary
Filter auto-complete fails after dash character
Steps to Reproduce
- Just create 3 filters named z-filter1, z-filter2, z-filter3. (If you can't reproduce with just these filters add 20 more).
- Add a pie chart gadget (or any other gadget with filter option) to your dashboard and try to add one of these filters
- When you type z, it will list all the z filters
- when you continue typing z-f
Expected Results
The filter should suggest all filters with z-f
Actual Results
The auto complete fails after the dash, either by showing nothing at all or only showing some filters instead all that meet that string till the dash character. Check the video attached for the reproduction.
Notes
- You should have multiple filters with the same initial start before the dash, if you want to reproduce it. Eg: good-day, good-day1, good-day2
- This happens in the gadgets filter configuration.
- Check the video attached
- This was reproducible in JIRA 6.4.11
- I was not able to reproduce this in JIRA 6.4.6
