Description:
Setting a day in year 2030 or later, when edit it, the year become 1930.

Step to reproduce:
Create a customfield of date pick or date time picker, edit an issue and add a date 3/09/2030 to the new customfield. Then edit the field value via the issue view page and open the calendar.

Expected behaviour:
The calendar should show the date in the year 2030.

Current behaviour:
It shows the date in the year 1930.
