Summary

When navigating to the What's New option within JIRA, the screen pops up points to broken link. The link in 6.3.10 points to https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/docs-063/whatsnew/ which redirects to a page that doesn't exist. The current Whats New page is found at https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/whats-new. This functionality has been removed as of 6.4.1

On version 6.3.15 What's New window navigating to below links which are not available:

• https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-MLBVG3&l=dataLayer
• https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA063/whatsnew/iframe?od=false&a=true&pa=true

Steps To Reproduce

• Pull up any JIRA system prior to 6.4
• Select the Question Mark Icon at the top right
• From the dropdown select What's New

Actual behavior

User encounters Page Not Found or Oops. We are having trouble... as attached on screenshots
