The documentation JIRA Sizing Guide should specify if those values consider a local database or not. I know that those are average values, but can we consider that they will still be valid including or not the database in the same machine?

This is important in special for small instances where the database is usually in the same machine and the users want to have a good reference for his System Requirements.
