jpi-verion and netscape 7.0

      Current state.
      I have netscape 6.2 and 7.0 installed, so I have jre 131_02 and 140.

      In my jsp page I have the embed tag for the applet and have the following line
      TYPE="application/x-java-applet;jpi-version=1.3.1_02.

      This does not work in netscape 7.0. First it will bring up jre 140. I then go into the java1.4 console under the advanced tab and select jre 131. When I run the page it then either say plugin not available of a blank frame shows.
