Ability to name screen shots after latest update removing "Attach Screenshot"

After the latest updates August 23 - 29, 2015, the Attach Screenshot functionality was removed from the drop-down menu. One thing that assisted our team was being able to title the screen shot. With the new process of simply pasting a screen shot instead of using the menu item, we are unable to efficiently name the screen shots as we had in the past. Now we have to use an external program to take the screen shot, name the file and then upload/paste it.

It would be great to have the ability to "name" the screen shot.
