Problem Definition

• Issue commented event are unable to be fired if commented in a transition screen.
• If comment field exist in a transition screen, only the transition event will be fired, and user will only receive the transition notification, leaving out the issue was commented during the transition.
• This is because it can't fire an event that tells listeners: "this issue has been modified, it includes a change on the assignee, a change in the priority, and also a new comment".

Suggested Solution

• To enable JIRA to have an event that trigger all the necessary event that happens during a transition.
