When exporting a set of issues as a Workload Pie Chart and there is no work logged for the issues in the set, an error message is shown that has a typo. The attached image shows the message.

It says "It seems there no work logged for these issues. I can only generate this report if there is work logged."

It should say "It seems there is no work logged for these issues. I can only generate this report if there is work logged."

To reproduce:

1. Filter for a set of JIRA issues in which no work is logged
2. Click Export->Charts
3. Scroll down to "Workload Pie Chart"
4. Click on "Workload Pie Chart"
5. Observe the incorrect text.
