      Summary

      At the moment, there is no way to start a draft review directly from JIRA. Draft reviews are commonly created especially when using Smart Commits. Due to JRA-44269 not being implemented yet, draft reviews created by smart commits will not be shown in JIRA at all making draft review not as useful as previously since the review won't be shown in JIRA

      Suggestion

      Have a way to start a draft review, either by clicking a link or maybe through a post function
