Summary

When creating issue via mail handler and GB2312 charset is being used, there are some character that being decoded wrongly. Attached is the email raw file and the respective .msg file.

Reproduction Environment

• Google Mail server - Incoming mail server
• Microsoft Outlook 2010 - The email sender
• JIRA 6.4.4

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an incoming mail server. Use Google email server.
2. Create a mail handler to create a new issue.
3. Import the .msg to your email. During reproduction, Microsoft Outlook 2010 was used.
4. Send the imported email content to configured incoming mail handler.

Expected Results

Email created with properly decoded contents.

Actual Results

Email created with garmbled contents
