Assignee user picker duplicates last user(s)

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Have 10 or more users on your instance
      2. Create a new ticket
      3. Click on the Assign button
      4. Click on the dropdown to display all options

      Expected Results:

      1. Users will show up not duplicated.

      Actual Results:

      1. Last user(s) are showing up duplicated.

      Notes:
      Tested on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on OS Yosemite and Win7.
