Expand option for the Other category in a pie chart instead of a popup panel

Currently, the new Pie Chart graphics hides elements in the "Other" category if there are too many sections on the pie chart. Example:

You would have to hover your mouse over it to show the other elements.

We should have an Expand feature where clicking on the "Other" element would expand the list and show all values, instead of having it as a popup panel. This allows people to screenshot the entire table and put it in their own reports.
