Improvement for adjusting new project type window height

Summary

Some company only required a project template/type to be shown in the project type creation window so they disable the following modules:

• jira-sample-item, jira-issuetracking and jira-perfectmanagement-item in JIRA Core Project Template Plugin
• jira-software-development-project-template in JIRA For Software Plugin
• Agile Scrum (not od one) and Agile Kanban (not od one) in JIRA Agile Marketing Plugin
  Only left Project Default Schemes template are showing in the window.

After selected the desired project template, the height of the window is not rendering correctly.

It seems the project type window height has a dependency with the JIRA Agile Marketing plugin. When disabling the Agile Scrum or Agile Kanban module, we will see the problem.
