Improve the visibility of Add-on edit license button

      As a new user, I believe that the current pencil icon that we have over the Add-on details should be better.

      Sometimes it is hard to find and figure out that this icon actually updates the license.
      I would like to have a bigger icon, and also a banner asking for update the license in a new installation.
