User rename does not reflect in transitions tab

      Replication Steps
      Rename an username in JIRA;
      ie. luciano to luciano2

      Actual Results
      On the transition tab, the new username is not reflected, instead, the old username is reflected.

      Expected Results
      The renamed username should be reflected on the transition tab and not the old one.
