Tab navigation skips Addlink and feedback button in the project sidebar

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Agile board.
2. Press "TAB" to navigate items in the sidebar.

Expected Result:

"TAB" navigation must navigate each item in the sidebar.

Actual Result:
It skips Addlink and Feedback section in the sidebar.

Verified on Chrome and Firefox.
