Workflow designer fails with dead link

    Description

      Workflow designer returns error page with status 404.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. In WF designer create new transition

      • From status: Any status
      • To status: Itself

      2. After transition creation clicking on Conditions, Validators or Post Function triggers error

      After reloading WF designer, all works fine.
