Bulk transition of issues forces to set resolution

      If you try to transition a bunch of issues with the Bulk edit function, the tool forces to set a resolution (checkbox is enabled and greyed out). This is annoying since not all issues may have the same resolution, but it shouldn't be changed by closing.
