As a user, I would like to have clickable links for attachments in e-mail notifications

      When an attachment is added to an issue and an e-mail notification is sent to whoever is a watcher on that issue, the attachment only shows up as plain text, not a clickable link.

      It would be nice to have the ability to download or visualize the file directly through e-mail not having to login into JIRA.
