      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The background color of the logo is dependant to the image type used. If .png is used, and the Header Background Color is changed after that, the logo background color will change accordingly. If a .jpg image is used, the background color of the image will not change.

      This is due to the nature of .png file that is 'transparent'.
