REFRESH_ISSUE_PAGE javascript event does not refresh attachments

      If i am viewing an issue with an attachment
      then delete the attachment with the rest API
      then run the javascript to update the issue page:

      JIRA.trigger(JIRA.Events.REFRESH_ISSUE_PAGE, [JIRA.Issue.getIssueId()]);

      The page is updated, but the attachments are stale.

            After checking this with Filip: this is not a problem, since 6.5 we are not hiding attachments panel anymore, even if it is empty.
