JIRA Pie Chart should have an option to display the percentages

      In JIRA 6.3.x, the Pie Chart gadget used to show all the percentages, which was good to get a screenshot for future reference or add to reports.

      Today the user needs to mouseover the chart to see its statistics, or even click on it to see an specific slice.

      It would be great if we can have at least an option in the gadget to show those informations like in the old chart.
