Steps to Reproduce
1) Navigate to: https://jira.atlassian.com
2) Create New Ticket or Edit Existing Ticket.
3) Upload an Attachment with: / or \ in the file name
4) The UI of JIRA will say: File "Austin:Bug.png" was not uploaded
: contains the invalid character '

{1}'. Please rename the file and try again.

Expected Result
I expect this to be supported as a character, and expect my file to be uploaded.

Actual Result
My file errors to upload and the UI provides a user message: File "Austin:Bug.png" was not uploaded
: contains the invalid character '{1}

'. Please rename the file and try again.

Additional Information
Although the application does not "error" because the UI indicates to the user that I cannot use \ or / I would expect it to work. Therefor, I am create this Enhancement Request.
