      Jira removing line break(s) after paste in IE in WIZIWIG editor

      Environment

      • Microsoft IE 10 and 11
      • Other browsers (checked - Firefox/Safari/Chrome) are not affected.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. copy several empty lines form any editor
      2. click the Comment button at the bottom of the issue
      3. paste the text into the comment input box

      Using "right click" + "paste".
