      Problem

      I would like to restrict status changes in issues so that only the assignee can act upon them. Although this can be completed using conditions in workflow statuses, editing all transitions for every workflow can be time consuming and hard to maintain.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow administrators to accomplish this function more easily such as a GUI checkbox in a project/workflow.

      Workaround

      Add conditions in workflows to only allow assignees to transition issues.
