Suggest a local admin in "Connecting JIRA to an LDAP" documentation

      It would be nice if we had banner suggesting the JIRA admin to keep a local sys admin account in this documentation:

      It may prevent some inconveniences such as admins locking themselves out of the application, or unable to perform maintenance in the LDAP directory after adding the LDAP, and then have to contact support to figure out the missing local admin.

            Also I learned that you cannot edit the LDAP configuration unless you have a syadmin account operating out of the JIRA local user directory. An administrator logged in with LDAP cannot edit the LDAP settings.
