State was partially changed during transition

1) Ticket was in "In Branch QA", then it was changed to "Reopened" using Jira API.
2) Change is done in logs. Also all actions are associated with new "Reopened" status. But in the ticket info it was said, that it is still in old one - "In Branch QA"
3) Then the "Start" action button was pressed it was moved to "In Progress" as it was in "Reopened" before. There is no such an action - "Start" in "In Branch QA" status.
