Attachments are broken in the moved issues, due to project key changes

Problem

The attachments are broken after the issues being moved to a project (whose Project Key has been changed previously).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 2 projects (lets say project ADAM and project WYNC).
2. Change project key of project WYNC to WYNCX.
3. Create issue in project ADAM > upload some attachments (Lets say issue ADAM2).
4. Move issue ADAM2 to project WYNCX (previously known as WYNC).

Expected result:

Refer to issue ADAM2, try to load attachments. Attachments should be loaded.

Result

1. Refer to issue ADAM2, try to load attachments. Attachments are broken
   
   
2. From the database, we can see that pkey has been changed to WYNCX and originalkey is still WYNC.
