Renaming custom field does not update historical data

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a custom field(Multi select)
      2. Update issue with value for newly created custom field
      3. Rename custom field

      Expected Results

      • Issue change history reflects renamed field name

      Actual Results

      • Issue change history still shows the old custom field name from before it was renamed
