The instant setup wizard reports errors during its step that have arised from an Exception but it is not capable of detecting events from the Johnson container.

A Johnson event is raised when on an error to start up JIRA, and the instance is then locked until corrective action is taken. These events should also be reported as errors by the instant setup wizard.
