Due to certain requirements, there may be a high amount of sub-tasks created for an issue. When there are a high amount of sub-tasks, the overall loading of the page would be slow, as it has to load all of the sub-tasks during loading. In addition, whenever a new sub-task is added, it would take a long time due to it having to load all of the previous sub-tasks.

It would be more efficient if the sub-tasks section can be paginated, so not all of the sub-tasks will have to be loaded at one time.
