Make the Give Feedback link in Project Sidebar configurable

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The Give Feedback link in Project Sidebar is not ideal in several ways:

      1. Users do not know where their feedback will be sent to
      2. The pop-up form is in English and there's no way to have it translated
      3. Sidebar might already be familiar to users who also use Confluence
      4. The link/icon's position is disturbing

      It would be best if this link/icon can be made configurable so that JIRA admins can hide it or put it to a different position.
