Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Create a new issue with Original Estimate 2 hour, see screenshot-1.png
- Create a sub-task and log 1 hour time, see screenshot-2.png
- Unchecked the Include Sub-tasks option, see screenshot-3.png
- Refresh the page and notice Include Sub-tasks option has changed to checked.
Expected Behavior:
- Keep the checkbox state after refresh
