Moving Issue to the Same project with different Issue types doesn't seem to work.

Steps.
1. Create Seperate workflow
2. Creaet Workflow scheme assign "new" workflow to Single Issue Type.
3. Create an Issue with Different Issue Type.
4. Move Issue to status that is not in the "new" workflow.
5. Edit Issue, click Move Issue link (Should default new project to current project)
6. List of new Statuses was incorrect (Current Workflow not new one)
7. Picked on and continued.
8. Issue has Issue Type changed but not Status.

Outcome is that the Issue can not be moved through workflow as its current step never has any transitions.
