Steps to reproduce:

1. Create project with key A
2. Create an issue A-1
3. Move issue A-1 out of the project to project B. It becomes let's say B-34
4. Delete project A.
5. Create project with key A again.
6. Rename project key from A to C
7. Create an issue in project C.
It will be C-1, but have an alias of A-1
8. Try to move C-1
