      Relates to JRA-5447

      Problem description:
      If an issue is Closed with Resolution Reject or Won't fix, and has Fix Version set, it will be included in the Release Note for the Fix Version.
      The problem is that Resolution is not shown in the Release Notes, only Status, making harder for the user to see that it is wrong. Example scenario: It can lead that the customer is informed in the release defecte is corrected in the release, but in reality it is not since it is rejected.

      Proposed fix:
      Transition to Reject/Won't Fix, should then empty Fix Version in post-function.
