            Hi matt.doar,

            That page just lists which versions of applinks are bundled with each product, it does not list compatibility.

            In any case, the 4.3.5 release is compatible with the previous 4.2.x release that was previously bundled in JIRA and is still bundled with Confluence

            Why would a library as important as AppLinks get upgraded during a patch release? This change means that JIRA 6.4.1 does not interoperate with the latest Confluence release according to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/APPLINKS/Application+Links+Version+Matrix
            Perhaps the change was intended for JIRA 6.4.0 and missed it?
