The New Project Navigation in JIRA does not provide an equivalent report to the classic Project Issues Report. This was a deliberate choice due to low usage of that page, and we've provided pre canned search filters in the "Issues" panel as well as more in-depth version data under "Releases".

Since then we've heard from a few customers they miss data which used to be available on that page. This issue is meant to collect your votes, as well as hear what specific use cases are not covered with the data available under "Issues" and "Releases".

You can create a custom dashboard with the Issue Statistic gadget to show the same information that was on the Issues report. Details on this are here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Accessing+the+Issues+summary+page+information+when+using+the+project+sidebar
