When you are looking at a list of issues, going to the Full Content view shows the information out of order.

Specifically:
– All Comments are shown before any issue

– Some comments are shown in a narrow ( < 1/4 window) column at the left

– Issues are shown running one after the other, not each starting on a new page

To reproduce:
1. Browse to any project
2. Bring up a list of issues for that project (eg: Project Summary|Open)
3. Current View|Full Content

We think that things worked properly under our previous installation (2.5.3) but that is not currently running to test this for sure.
