The Service Desk provides a system field titled, "Time to Resolution" and not all SLA's are bound by a Resolution. As an example, many of our clients only bind us to the time of customer contact.
With that example, we would like to modify the Time to Resolution title to something more meaningful such as, "Time to Customer Contact".
