Expected Behavior: Sender's profile picture,avatar,signature in email header/footer is not attached in issue during comment.

Actual Behavior: Sender's profile picture,avatar,signature in email header/footer is attached in issue during comment.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use a Gmail account.
2. In Jira, User A creates Task 1 and comment User B inside Task 1.
3. User B reply by email to email notification from Jira to Gmail.
4. Back at Jira, unwanted attachments will accumulate at Task 1.
