Renamed Username to be Reflected in all DB tables

      As an admin, I understand that the renamed username is only displayed in the app_user table. However, it would be better if the new username will overwrite all the old username in all tables. This will avoid confusion and in this case, there's no need to always refer back to the app_user table to compare the old and new username.
