Refreshing listener config page re-adds listner.

      After updating from 1.2b2 to 1.2.1 I found that the cache listner was missing as described in JIRA-398. I fixed it as described in the issue report.
      When I refreshed the page, the listen was re-added without any information in the Name and Class fields. The delete field was also missing on all the newly added entries.
      The content of the database has been verified and there are multiple lines in the listenerconfig table.
