      Currently, the rest/greenhopper/1.0/lexorank/duplicates endpoint checks if there is any duplicate values for the "RANK" column.

      It would be great if this endpoint could also check and fix duplicate values for the "ISSUE_ID" column, making it easier to fix Indexing Failed with RuntimeException Expected exactly one rank, and preventing users from updating the database directly.
