      I have filled in the Support request JSP-216643 and looks like found some solution that can improve the multi select lists in Jira.

      I have a situation when I need to edit the different settings in Jira and especially in Custom Fields settings configuration I am facing problem that the project list has very tiny visible area and does not have resizing functionality.

      I would like to offer 2 changes:

      1. Add the "resize: vertical" to the multi select objects style
      2. At least show the 5-10% of the projects list

      I have a situation that the list is showing only 5 lines when I have 800 projects in the Jira instance so it is about 0.625% which is quite not UI friendly at all.
