User phone number as a standard field

      Request to have a default field for phone number of user profile which can be viewed at issues page. ( Different from property )

      • phone number per user in in the issue navigator that points to the reporters phone number.
      • replacing the current property "phone number", which is requires too many steps to produce and inefficient.
      • Assignee has to see the phone number directly in the issue.
      • Phone number field can be placed beside the reporter and beside the assignee.
      • this field can be used directly for netphone/tapi client.
      • uses active directory, information in the AD or LDAP can be imported.
